Movie Night... with no popcorn!

I am getting used to the torture.  Smelling food from restaurants or going to the grocery store hungry wanting almost everything (big mistake!) or  watching my entire family eat whatever they want. Tonight, at the movies, was watching my children eat their popcorn....

breakfast: 1 HB egg, 1 mac. nut, 1/2 nectarine, & coffee  1-1-1
lunch: banana, 6 oz shrimp, 2 cups tomato, 6 almonds 4-3-2
dinner: 3 oz chicken, lettuce, grilled onions and peppers, guacamole, water & hot sauce  3-2-3
snack: paleo kit & 1 sq. drk chocolate  3-2-9
total: 11-8-15

agreed, it's tough, esp in the beginning ;) but WAY TO BE for resisting! Your meals are looking great, tho. Are you feeling any diff yet?

Thanks for all your words of encouragement. I felt weak yesterday. 2fo and I went for a run- mid afternoon, no energy. I'm sure my body is still getting used to the changes since it hasn't quite even been a week yet. I do feel like my stomach is smaller. :o}
