Big mistake of not eating enough in AM, in the afternoon/evening I was so hungry. I ate a lot, but all Paleo. (I went way over my blocks) Wondering how I am going to get through the SuperBowl. Trying to decide if it will be my cheat meal for the week or maybe skip the game & parties this year..... How do you watch football and NOT drink beer or eat chicken wings or etc....
snack before CF: 1 HB egg, 1 mac nut, black coffee 1-0-1
breakfast: 14 cherries 0-2-0
lunch: 7oz filet, 2 cups broccoli, olive oil & water 7-2-3
snack: Paleo Kit (medium), 1 sq. dk chocolate 3-2-9
dinner: spinach salad, walnuts, chicken, sliced apples 3-1-2
total blocks 14-7-15

No worries girl. Still a good day of clean food :) Beer still calls my name occasionally and yes, Sunday may be a challenge- but as for food, it will be clean here, so at least there's that! You are doing great!
It will be tough but think of the headache you had at the beginning of the week : ) may help you resist!
