Well I made it an entire week.  I am totally surprised and yet feeling proud of myself.  Never in a million years would I have ever thought I could go a week, let alone a day with out my french vanilla creamer or, better yet, a beer on Super Bowl Sunday.  Most people I talk to think I am absolutely crazy, however, I have been called worse!  I know Patty was calling me names this morning as we were running!  Love you P. Brod!  Anyway, I am trying to count my meals based on zone, but somethings are just not worth the effort for me. All the effort goes towards the meal preparation and swallowing.  This is a picture of Blueberry Almond Meal Pancakes.  Looks yummy right.... 

breakfast:  coffee, apple, 1 HB egg & 2 mac nuts   1-2-2
lunch:  1 cucumber, 1 cup radishes, 1 cup tomatoes, 4.5 oz chicken, gator sauce, olive oil  4.5-2.5-1
snack:  2.5 silver dollar Blueberry Almond Meal Pancakes ?-  lets just say.... 0-3-0
dinner: 4 oz hamburger, 1 cup of raw broccoli and califlower, 1.5 oz shrimp, water 4.5-1-0
snack: nectarine, 1 sq. dk. chocolate 0-1-3
total: 10-9.5-6
