Didn't post yesterday's food log last night because I had such a headache, which started around 2PM and was killing me by 7:30. I went to lay down and never got up. (as Socks says it's like withdrawal of crack) SUGAR withdrawal. At one point I had to text 2FO for intervention. All I wanted was a coke- and everything would be OK.
I keep hearing I will start feeling great in about two weeks.... can't wait for that! And to top it off, I can't believe I missed Lost last night, but thank God for TiVo! I have only been waiting for it to start for months.
snack before CF: 1 HB egg, 1/2 nectarine, 1 mac. nut & black coffee 1-1-1
breakfast: cytosport shake & cherry pie LaRabar 2-?-?
lunch: 4.5 oz. shrimp w/ 3cups portabella mushrooms, olive oil, 2 cups broccoli, 1 sq. drk. choc. 3-2-3 & what ever the chocolate counts for?
dinner: Moes- Fat Sam ( minus shells) chicken, grilled green peppers and onions, lettuce, fresh jalapenos, guacamole, and hot sauce. AND I had to watch while the rest of my family ate the chips and queso! =o[ 3-2-3 guesstimation...
snack: beef jerky and 2 small paleo cookies 2-2-4 Thanks Stacey- they were awesome!
total blocks: 11-8-13 (sounds about right? )
