Well 2FO and I thought it would be a good idea to go out for pizza and beer for our last supper. Just enjoy a meal eating whatever we wanted... and why not throw some ice cream in to the mix. Yum, seemed like a good idea at the time. Gag, my stomach doesn't feel very good right now. I am thankful that tomorrow's WOD is only back squats and not an AMRAP of something because I am sure I would not do well.
I am excited about tomorrow not only because it is day one of the Paleo Challenge, but it is also our first Paleo Support Group Mtg. :o}

p.s. try a little honey in your coffee in lieu of the evil, yet oh so tempting creamer. the omission has been difficult for me, too. honey helps! (however, i drink tea, which is far less harsh. something else you could try: substitute coffee for tea.) :D

Dark chocolate in the coffee is divine! Try a little piece in your mouth as you sip the coffee over it. You'll forget all about the creamer.
