Well 2FO and I thought it would be a good idea to go out for pizza and beer for our last supper. Just enjoy a meal eating whatever we wanted... and why not throw some ice cream in to the mix. Yum, seemed like a good idea at the time. Gag, my stomach doesn't feel very good right now. I am thankful that tomorrow's WOD is only back squats and not an AMRAP of something because I am sure I would not do well.
I am excited about tomorrow not only because it is day one of the Paleo Challenge, but it is also our first Paleo Support Group Mtg. :o}
WTF am I thinking? No french vanilla in my coffee??? No cheese?

This last week, before starting the Paleo Challenge, I have been stuffing my face with as much "junk" as possible. (which will help with my before picture!) Just yesterday I started trying to eat as "Paleo" as I could so my body doesn't go into shock on Monday when the challenge starts. I really don't think it will be that bad except I will really, really miss my french vanilla cream in my coffee. I am still trying to decide if I should go black or just skip it all together? Anyway, I decided to start this blog so I can post my food log for the challenge.
